Bio
Darren has spent over two decades building the connective tissue between engineering teams. A career chameleon, he started in consulting, moved into IT leadership running architecture & engineering, shaped GTM in various product roles, and promoted platform engineering for large enterprises - before founding Diffusion Point in 2026.
His work sits deliberately across silos: the shared platforms, the shared telemetry, the shared guardrails — the layer nobody owns by default, and everybody depends on. He writes and speaks regularly on horizontal engineering and the operating model shifts it demands.
